WEAR by Happy.Green ships worldwide. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders within the EU.

Shipping time
Netherlands 1 – 4 days
Belgium 2 – 4 days
Germany 2 – 6 days
Rest of Europe 6 – 9 days
Rest of the world 7 – 9 days   

Preorder items will normally be shipped in about a 3-4 weeks after the order has been placed.  

Returns
We aim to work as climate neutral as possible. Therefore we do not stimulate returning of chosen products. Return charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt or date of purchase.

Once your returned item has arrived, we'll need 6-8 business days to process it. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account.

Free pick up
It is possible to pick-up your order at our concept store, you can choose this option in the payment overview. The order is usually ready in 2-4 business days.

Damaged goods
If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please send a photo of the damage, box, and item label along with your order number to info@happy.green. Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. However, please note that many of our products are hand-made and therefore each possess unique characteristics. Small imperfections are often inherent to the natural materials we work with and are what makes each piece unique.

30 months warranty
The WEARables have been tested extensively in various conditions over the world. All WEARables are designed and able to handle outsides temperatures from -24 degrees Celsius up to 48 degrees Celsius.
